Customized Versions

We understand that different groups and companies may have unique requirements. That's why we offer customized versions of our tool, designed to meet your specific needs. Below, we outline the options available, allowing you to choose the best fit for your group.

What Is a Customized Version?

A customized version includes the tool hosted under your own subdomain (e.g. acme.ticksights.com), with your logo and title prominently displayed. This allows you to maintain your brand identity while taking advantage of our powerful features. We currently offer three different options for member handling, each with distinct advantages.

Pricing Information: The current price structure is between $24.99 and $29.99 per member, depending on the volume of your group.

Option 1: Integrated Membership via TickSights

The first option involves managing memberships directly through TickSights. Members purchase the extension through a specialized TickSights link, which includes your product name. After purchasing, they join the TickSights Discord server and receive a special role with your group name.

Benefits of this Option:

• Direct access to our support team

• The ability to submit feedback and request improvements

• Access to the latest updates through our changelog channel

• Interaction with a larger community for exchanging insights and ideas

• A main perk of this approach is that members are more likely to stay engaged with your group due to the community integration

This approach offers a quick and seamless way to get your members on board without the need for extensive setup.

Option 2: Fully Branded Whop Account

For a more independent setup, we can create a fully branded version under your own Whop account. This gives you complete control over branding, but it does require setting everything up from scratch, including all branding elements.

Disadvantages:

• Lacks the direct integration advantages of Option 1, such as direct support access and automatic community involvement

This option is ideal if you want full ownership over the branding and structure, though it does come with additional setup requirements.

Option 3: Flat Fee per User

We also offer a branded version with a flat fee per user, which allows your group members to use the existing Whop/Discord infrastructure for joining. This option is easy and requires no additional setup, making it a convenient choice if you prefer simplicity and quick onboarding.

One Version for All Clients

Regardless of which option you choose, all clients still have access to the same perks. This means you can opt for any of the options above and still enjoy the full benefits that come with our tool.

Custom Group Option

We also offer the ability to create a custom group so that members see only events related to your group. However, we do not recommend this. The main reason is that most people are already tracking 99.9% of the same events, and by including all events in the tracker, even lesser-known events are not missed. Limiting your group to only custom events may reduce the overall experience and value for your members.

What We Don't Offer

At this time, we do not support using a separate Whop account from your group for an extra product. The main reason for this is the potential complexity involved in the invoicing process between TickSights and your group.

Announcement Support

For announcing your new customized version, we can provide a webhook that posts the offer to your Discord server. We recommend creating a dedicated #sales-tracker channel to pin these updates. If you opt for a fully branded Whop account, we recommend inviting our support staff to your Discord and creating a sales tracker chat channel, allowing us to assist your members directly.
