To get started, follow these steps:
Create a new Stubhub account on any of the Stubhub International domains, such as:
https://www.stubhub.de/ (You can use any domain that is part of Stubhub International.)
Once your account is created, provide us with your account’s email address through the Settings page.
After you provide your email address, it can take 7–10 days for the perks to be added to your account.
If you have significant sales volume on your current Stubhub account, you’re welcome to share your current sales volume with us (including volume from other platforms). We will review your details and discuss the possibility of offering you a special plan with exclusive benefits tailored to your situation.
Yes! Any existing benefits you have on your Stubhub account can be transferred over to your new account.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please open a support ticket in our system.
Yes, your perks are tied to your subscription with our service. If you choose to unsubscribe from our service, the perks you’ve gained will be removed.
StubHub Benefits activation is divided into two parts:
Powerseller Status (including the ability to list tickets up to 4 hours before the event): Activated every Monday.
Payment on Delivery: Activated within 1-2 weeks. You will not receive a separate notification once these benefits are applied.
You can start listing tickets on your new account immediately—you don’t need to wait for the benefits to be fully activated.
Access to the Powerseller Portal is available, but it requires a separate request. Currently, the portal isn't very user-friendly, and many users prefer the regular website. However, it's worth noting that the Powerseller Portal is in the process of being rebuilt, which should improve its usability in the future.
